Ford Employee and Retiree
Parts Discount Program

   As part of the 1999 National Negotiations settlement, Ford Employees/Retirees are eligible to participate in the Parts Discount Program at a 25% discount off the suggested list price. This program includes Parts Distribution Center stocked parts and Supplier Direct Ship Parts (except chemicals, hazardous materials and core bearing parts).

   Parts can be ordered by calling toll-free (866) 472-7878 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. The make, model and year of the vehicle are needed, as the personnel assisting will have the same information available as the dealers in order to quote a price. Purchases must be charged to a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) and will be shipped via UPS at company expense to the employees/retirees residence. Parts can be returned for any reason, however, those being returned for other than quality reasons will be at the expense of the employee/retiree.
