Welder Repair Training Program

   The basic entry curricula listed below must be completed at Monroe Community College or Henry Ford Community College with passing grades in each of the courses prior to entry on the welder repair waitlist. the basic curricula will constitute a portion of the required 8,000 hours for subsequent completion of the welder repair training program.

   After successful completion of the above curricula, official transcripts must be turned in to the training coordinator before employees name will appear on the welder repair training program waitlist.

 

   Following entry into welder repair, each trainee will be required to complete the following core curricula with passing grades of "C" or better in each of the courses prior to acquisition of journeyperson status as provided in module vii of this training program.

 

   Trainees must attend school every semester until all required classes are completed. Failure to do so could result in removal from the welder repair training program.
