Region 1A has been informed by the International Union to organize a Worker-to-Worker (W.T.W.) program. This program has been implemented to battle anti-union propaganda and conduct surveys so the voice of the working people can be heard.

   Local 387 is in the process of creating their own Worker-to-Worker structure. Activists and interested members from all shifts and classifications are being asked to come forth and participate. This program will give the organizers of Local 387 the ability to pass information, conduct surveys, and get current information out to the membership.
