   If you are planning to retire, bring your retirement application (form #5030) to the Local Union Hall BEFORE you mail it back to the NESC.

   This way we can have your retirement folder made up when you retire, and you can pick up your Retirement Watch from U.A.W. Local 387, as soon as possible.
